SG Only! Warehouse Executive (Bonus/Supervising Staff/Warehouse Operation/West)

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring on day-to-day activities and implementation of proactive measures to raise KPI targets
• Managing and ensuring the fulfillment of Inbound/Outbound/VAS activities based on customer’s volume trend
• Monitoring of volume/activities ensuring facilities and resources are optimized and sufficient.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the company compliance, health, and safety policies. 
• Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service delivery by the operations team.
• Liaise with customers, transporter, and suppliers to ensure good service levels, productivity, and optimal customer service
• Decision making based on analytical data
• Make sure operational plans and forecast are executed promptly.
• Lead, develop and support team members growth and performance by through continuous improvement (Training/Materials) and setting qualities targets.
• Undertake any other activities as directed by immediate superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any studies 
• At least 1 years experience in warehouse operation and staff supervising
• Familiar with MS Office, SAP, WMS
• Good team player
