It is a senior role in the software design, development, and optimization of system-level software for high-performance semiconductor equipment. You will lead software engineers working across disciplines and geographies to deliver scalable, real-time software solutions that meet stringent performance and reliability standards. This is a hands-on, system-level engineering role with architecture and leadership responsibilities. Also, it demands deep technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Software design and development for real time embedded system of advanced semiconductor equipment.
Diagnose and analyze software defect, provide effective short term resolution and long term design and architecture improvement.
Participate in continuous improvement plan, customer requirement analysis, creating software specifications, design document and review, implementation and unit test.
Working with cross engineering functions and multi geographical sites team, design to achieve system level performance in meeting product requirement specification.
Master/Bachelor in Software/Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
Minimum 10+ years’ experience, broad and in-depth technical knowledge in large-scale software development in system-level or embedded software
Proficient in C/C++ programming, Object-Oriented Design principles, real-time systems and multi-threading application development.
Positive, result-oriented, strong analytical and excellent in problem-solving.
Effective communication, strong project and team management skills.
Experience in software development life cycle and tools (e.g., version control, git, JIRA, CI/CD pipeline).
Background in equipment control systems or semiconductor industry is a plus
