Student Outreach Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visits and engage students and families to improve school attendance.
• Support students' reintegration into school through personalised transition plans.
• Work closely with school staff and external agencies to support student cases.
• Facilitate student engagement activities and targeted intervention programmes.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and monitor student progress.
• Duties include both school and after-school hours.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in youth work, case management, or school-based support is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student-centred approach.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information professionally.

Duration/Working hours:

12 months contract (Aug 2026 to Aug 2027)

6 hours per visit, 2 to 3 times per week.

10am-4pm or 10:30am-4:30pm
