Description
At Multitest Electronic Systems (Asia), we are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our dedicated 840-Human Resources department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in upholding our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting validation and audit activities, assisting with daily QA operations, and maintaining our QMS system. Additionally, you will be involved in investigating customer complaints and supplier qualification, development, and improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Support validation and audit activities by collecting data and organizing information.
Assist the senior quality engineer in ensuring smooth daily QA activities.
Maintain the QMS system and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Investigate customer complaints and work towards resolving issues.
Assist in supplier qualification, development, and improvement processes.
Prepare and file documents accurately, ensuring proper documentation.
Apply standard procedures and identify opportunities to enhance QA processes.
Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for QA activities.
Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organized and systematic approach to document management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a quality engineering or related role.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
