Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers before and after sales.
• Assist field service engineers and customers with technical support as needed.
• Evaluate and define performance specifications for vision systems.
• Oversee and manage customer-specific projects and related documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

[Must-Have]

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Sales Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
• Familiarity with field servicing and semiconductor processes.
• Knowledge of Die Sorters or Wafer Sorters.
• Strong understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, and networking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical skills.

[Preferred Skills]

• Ability to troubleshoot electronic hardware systems.
