Essential Responsibilities
Project Demand Research: Conduct thorough project requirement investigations through effective communication with national partners and clients. Identify and explore client needs, collaborating closely with account managers to create a pipeline that meets three times the development quota.
Standardized Solution Development: Develop industry-standard solutions and continuously monitor and enhance the application of these solutions based on client feedback and results.
POC Testing and Support: Understand client application scenarios and create Proof of Concept (POC) testing plans tailored to client requirements. Implement these plans while providing necessary technical guidance and support. Oversee the deployment and acceptance of solutions, Ensure a successful integration process. Provide training on product solutions to sales technical personnel, partners, and clients at representative offices.
Industry Research and Analysis: Conduct research on regional industry policies, analyze competing products from local competitors, and investigate future industry trends. Generate regional industry reports that can serve as references for informing company strategy and decision-making.
Pre-Sales Feedback and Requirement Analysis: Gather and provide feedback on pre-sales project inquiries. Prepare detailed requirement analysis documents post-client discussions, providing practical and innovative solutions in line with client needs.
Promotional Activity Management: Manage and support the progress of relevant promotional activities in the region, ensuring alignment with company goals and effective outreach to potential clients.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer science, Communication engineering, Electronics, Automation, E-commerce, etc, and at least one year of relevant work experience in IT integration. At least one year working experience in IT integration related field.
Understand hardware integration and possess technical skills related to computer networking. Familiarity with Linux maintenance and knowledge of cloud business solutions are also required.
Exceptional customer service skills alongside strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrate a rigorous and detail-oriented work ethic, patience, a quick learning ability, and strong team organization and collaboration skills.
