JOB SUMMARY:

Partner with hiring managers to attract and recruit the best talent to meet business needs. Manage end-to-end recruitment, work pass administration, onboarding, and recruitment-related HR operations while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, MOM regulations, and Marriott policies.

Act as an HR generalist, working closely with managers, associates, and the HR team to support employee engagement, workplace culture, HR operations, and employee relations. Respond to employee and management enquiries regarding HR programs, policies, and procedures, and escalate employee relations matters when necessary.

Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information, ensuring accurate and timely upkeep of employee records, files, and HR documentation. Support engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment while delivering efficient HR services across the organization.
