Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing design concepts and presentations.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans.
• Collaborate with the design team to refine and improve design solutions.
• Conduct site visits and assist in site measurements.
• Support the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Research and source materials and furnishings.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong understanding of design principles and interior architecture.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Creative and a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.
• Interest in Hospitality design and planning is a plus.
