Responsibilities  


 



  • The Intern will support deal teams with a wide variety of tasks around our M&A activities in APAC in the full deal life cycle

  • Assist drafting of important documents for the analysis and valuation of potential transactions including

    • Prepare financial models and economic cases for investment decisions

    • Challenge valuation inputs and assumptions, propose sensitivities, and identify optimization levers in transactions.

    • Coordination and execution of the due diligence, structuring and negotiation of transaction documentation in potential M&A opportunities.

    • Preparation of strategic analysis projects (e.g. portfolio and country analysis, asset rotation and partnerships).

    • Support the analysis of new projects in terms of economic risk and strategic options and provide reports of findings.

    • Support the preparation of EDPR business plans and impairment analyses, in coordination with other departments




 


Requirements


 



  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency are key, Python knowledge would be a bonus

  • Asian languages such as Mandarin Chinese, Japanese or Vietnamese are welcome but not necessary
