WHO WE ARE:

At *SCAPE, we offer a holistic network of programmes, communities, and facilities to support youth in their pursuit of interests and passion areas. Together with our partners, we inspire and empower our youth to discover boundless possibilities.

YOUR ROLE:

Support for SYFF and other programming. This would include meeting partners, helping to run events on the ground, as well as assist with logistics and paperwork as necessary.

YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

• Setup and manage event logistics & operations, such as venue bookings, sourcing & negotiating with vendors & suppliers, perform on-site and off-site registration, including:


• Call for proposals (RFP) / Invitation to Quote (ITQ);


• Collation of surveys and post-event reports from participants, partners & community leaders;


• Ensuring database and event calendar is up to date;


• Update monthly reports;


• Pre & post-event reviews and presentations;


• Work with Estates team to ensure smooth running of events, including but not limited to application of appropriate permits and licences; coordination with 3rd party vendors and contractors, etc.;


• Work with Marketing to promote engaging marketing content on assigned programmes/projects, for EDMs, social media and other digital platforms;


• Able to commit time for events purposes occasionally after hours and over the weekend;


• Interest or experience in events management and/ or the arts will be looked upon favourably

WHO YOU ARE:

• Interest in media, business, marketing or event management.


• Team player with good networking, communication, and interpersonal skills to be able to work with a diverse set of people including staff, commercial and non-commercial partners.


• Good comprehension of current youth consumer trends


• Positive attitude with high degree of professionalism, creativity, and resourcefulness


• Must be creative, self-motivated, disciplined and able to work both independently and in teams
