About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations & Automation Intern to support our Sales Operations team with HubSpot, data management, reporting and process automation.

This is a good opportunity for someone who is interested in Data Analytics, CRM and automation and wants to gain hands-on experience working with real business processes.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day HubSpot CRM updates and maintenance
• Help maintain and organize sales data and ensure information is accurate
• Assist with Excel reports, data analysis and basic dashboards
• Support HubSpot workflow and automation setup and testing
• Help with data cleaning, duplicate checking and field mapping
• Assist in testing new HubSpot processes before they go live
• Help document SOPs and step-by-step processes
• Support the Sales Operations team with ad-hoc data and reporting tasks
• Learn and assist with identifying manual processes that can be automated

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data
• Interested in Data Analytics, CRM or Automation
• Willingness to learn HubSpot and new tools
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and follow processes

Nice-to-haves:

• Basic knowledge of HubSpot or any CRM
• Familiarity with Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, etc.
• Basic understanding of data analysis
• Interest in automation or AI tools
