Responsibilities
• Identify and escalate high-risk accounts • Complete allocated daily tasks • Follow internal practices for customer inquiries • Investigate and resolve inquiries, complaints, and problems • Stay updated on product knowledge • Follow internal procedures for problem resolution • Identify customer needs and provide solutions • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies • Complete final due diligence checklist • Support other functions within the business
Requirements
• Matric qualification • Prepared to work night shifts on a rotating basis • Own transport • High computer literacy • Ability to work flexible hours as needed • Complaint handling experience • Desirable: KYC experience • Previous office experience • Good interpersonal skills • Confident manner • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Attention to detail • Strong phone contact handling skills • IT competencies, especially Excel • Problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and motivate others • Methodical and well-organized
