Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Old Mutual is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various operational functions to ensure the smooth running of our business operations. This position is located in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA and is a full-time role at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the day-to-day operational activities of the company, including but not limited to processing transactions, data entry, and administrative tasks. 2. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency. 4. Support the implementation of new systems or programs to enhance operational capabilities. 5. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management on operational metrics. 6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any operational issues in a timely and efficient manner. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in operations or a related field. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Resilient and confident personality traits. 6. Soft skills in project management and persuasion. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 8. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
