Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Vodacom Group is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Operations Associate to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operational tasks and processes efficiently - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Conduct research and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement - Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies - Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and address issues promptly - Collaborate with team members to drive projects to completion - Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement - Support the Operations Manager in daily tasks and projects

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and dedicated attitude towards work - Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively - Persuasion skills to influence stakeholders and drive change - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Remote work experience is a plus
