Operations Associate

Job Description:

Mr Price Group is seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our business. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the business, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and process improvement. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow. 3. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Support the implementation of new processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity. 5. Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed. 6. Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Energetic personality with a positive attitude.
