Job Description - Administrative Assistant needed in Pretoria

  • At Least 2 - 3 Years experience as an administrative assistant (not a personal assistant)
  • Must have experience and also be extremely meticulous with filing and organising of documentation
  • Any prior experience in an industrial environment will be an advantage
  • She must have a passion to learn and work in the HR department.
  • Microsoft Office - Training and Experience
    • o Word
    • o Excel
    • o Powerpoint
  • Able to navigate the internet and search engines
  • Have experience in working with e-mails and the monitoring thereof
  • The person must be able to follow instructions and perform accordingly.
