Job Description - Conveyancing Secretary


SUMMARY:
A PRETORIA EAST law firm is urgently looking for a Conveyancing Secretary. Please see below and apply only if you meet the minimum requirements. POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
·        At least 3 years' current experience in administration of Standard Bank Sheriff auction transfers. This is non-negotiable.
·        Own transport.
·        Experience using conveyancing software E4, Lexis, MyAttorney, and Easysells.
·        Advanced administration ability. Experience Required
·        Experience in Standard Bank legal bond cancellations and/or Easysell transfers will be advantageous.
·        Must be willing to learn how to administer Legal Bond cancellations and/or Easysell transfers. Skill Requirements
·        Must be able to work independently.
·        Effective communication skills.
