Cost and Management Accountant

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Engineering industry is urgently looking to employ an experienced Cost and Management Accountant at their organization

POSITION INFO:
Location: Stormill, Roodepoort Requirements:

• 5 -10 years of experience as a Cost and Management Accountant
• Cost and Management Accountant qualification/CIMA
• Experience with Syspro, Qlikview , and advanced excel

• Cost calculations for Machine Builds and Refurbishments.
• Calculation of annual labour and overhead recovery rate.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual analysis of actual vs budget of all open projects, relating to machine builds, refurbishments, repairs etc.
• External Sales: costing, quoting and invoicing of external sales request for spare parts and repairs.
• Responsible for the monthly balancing of total inventory on the balance sheet, which includes spare parts and work-in-progress.
• Annual obsolete stock calculations.
• Assisting with the preparation of quarterly management accounts to shareholders.
