Executive Assistant to 2 Chiefs of Staff - Management Firm - JHB North
Duties and Responsibility;
- Record accurate meeting minutes for various company meetings.
- Prepare and organize meeting materials and logistics.
- Assist in creating and distributing meeting agendas.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain travel records.
- Support special projects, including presentations and reports.
- Schedule meetings as needed by executives.
- Manage executive schedules and appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and messages for executives.
- Ensure timely completion and distribution of quarterly board packs.
- Follow up with department heads on report submissions.
- Oversee general office administration and building matters.
- Coordinate property inspections and maintenance.
- Liaise with vendors for property upkeep.
- Manage boardroom bookings and ensure cleanliness.
- Assist with office events coordination.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
