SUMMARY:
DUR002114 – FINANCIAL MANAGER – CONSTANTIA Purpose of the job:
Responsible for the financial health of the organization. Required Qualifications

1. BComm Financial/Management Accounting and CIMA
2. 3 to 5 years in financial management experience
3. Property Accounting Experience.
4. Xero accounting software experience.

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies and responsibilities

1. Managing overseeing Accounting Staff
2. All human resource requirements
3. Monthly Cash Flow Forecast for internal stakeholder discussions.
4. Monthly payments to be prepared, loaded onto bank, and sent to directors for release
5. Monthly Management accounts/pack and related analysis requirements as defined by Directors
6. VAT calculations and submissions.
7. PAYE submissions (monthly).
8. Ad Hoc Reporting and acting as intermediary on all finance / accounting related matters
9. Third party rental pool management to ensure healthy cash flows
10. Act as intermediary and facilitator with auditors and bookkeepers
