We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic HOSTESS to join the hospitality team at this super busy Entertainment Venue.

As a Hostess, you will be the face of the establishment, responsible for providing guests with warm, welcoming, and personalized service from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the venue with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable and well taken care of throughout their visit.
• Manage the seating rotation efficiently to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Provide guests with menus and answer any questions they may have about the offerings.
• Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth coordination of guest seating and service.
• Anticipate guests' needs and proactively address any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the hostess area and lobby.
• Assist with special events and promotions as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hospitality establishment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Start date: AUGUST 2024, interviews to commence in June.
