About the role As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will Serve as the onboarding point of contact for the new hire program
and support new employees’ transition into PyraLink Aerospace, be responsible for supporting a diverse
employee population with crucial services for the full employee life cycle. This position will assist with employee
onboarding and to implement both local and company-wide programs. Success in this role requires superior
internal and external customer service, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Responsibilities - Serve as the onboarding point of contact for the new hire program and support new employees’ transition into PyraLink Aerospace.
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, make appointments, arrange travel, screen, and delegate incoming calls, and provide other general assistance as required.
- Assist with the creation of, documentation, and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and processes.
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail, and a focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Provide project management and maintain momentum on high-priority projects, including but not limited to, staffing and resource planning, onboarding new members, space planning, and strategy development for efficiencies among teams.
- Organize and set up Regional Rocket Championship events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 (Office) applications
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to participate in developing project scope, managing project schedules, and following up with
- Space industry stakeholders appropriately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. initiative in resolving problems and an independent worker, with enthusiasm and an energetic
- Aged between 18 and 34
- Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
