In this role, you will play a pivotal role in warehouse functions, order management, quotations, stock management, and customer service. Collaborate closely with roleplayers to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities: - Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure optimal stock-on-hand control.
- Assist in sales forecast and product planning.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries, product information, and order processing.
- Generate accurate and timely quotes for products and services.
- Efficiently manage invoicing processes to facilitate smooth transactions.
