Operations Coordinator - Outdoor Leisure Products Company
Join my client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of outdoor leisure products, as an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in warehouse functions, order management, quotations, stock management, and customer service. Collaborate closely with roleplayers to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:

• Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure optimal stock-on-hand control.
• Assist in sales forecast and product planning.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries, product information, and order processing.
• Generate accurate and timely quotes for products and services.
• Efficiently manage invoicing processes to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Uphold company policies and standards with a customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
