Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Operate point of sale system (grvs, cash up, ordering, stock takes, etc)

Inherent Requirements

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate
• 5+ years' of liquor retail sales experience
• Knowledge of Johannesburg South area
• Strong relationship with on-trade customers
• Working for a competitive liquor franchise
