POSITION: Personal Assistant (Temp)
LOCATION: Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort
Job Description Overview As a Personal Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the CEO’s daily activities, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities: As a Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include: 1.Point of Contact: - Act as the primary point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
2.Communication Management: - Screen and direct phone calls.
- Distribute correspondence promptly.
3.Administrative Tasks: - Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage the manager’s diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes during meetings.
- Source office supplies.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Devise and maintain an organized office filing system.
Requirements and Skills To excel in this role, you should have:
Proven Work Experience: - Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Organizational Skills: - Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Communication Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
Technical Proficiency: - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with the latest office gadgets and applications.
Education: - Matric
- A PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
- Min 3 years’ experience
Additional Considerations - As a PA, you’ll work closely with the manager, handling sensitive information and ensuring smooth operations. Adaptability, independence, and proactive problem-solving are essential traits for success in this role
- Able to drive a manual car.
