Product Manager

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Commerce field or relevant qualification
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a software development environment
• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/SAFe) is a plus
• Scrum Product Owner experience is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in an agile environment
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma
• Experience with mobile app development, including Android and iOS platforms is highly preferred
• Familiarity with social media and messaging platforms is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements
• Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of the product against established goals and objectives
• Generate regular reports on key product metrics, including usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue
• Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand and document product requirements
• Prioritize feature backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and market analysis
• Involvement in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review meetings
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
