Our client is looking for a candidate that will oversee and spearhead the infrastructural and construction initiatives under the clients project, ensuring that all activities align with the projects objectives. This role will be responsible for guaranteeing that the project adheres to high-quality standards, remains on schedule, and stays within budget across the entire portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration Responsibilities:
Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Current professional registration with relevant authoritative bodies.
A minimum of 15 years experience in engineering, project management, and construction.
Qualifications in professional project management.
Understanding of general labor laws and practices.
Proficiency in design standards, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Quality Management and ISO compliance.
Valid driver’s license required.
Prior experience in the construction or refurbishment of water treatment facilities or related projects.
Core Competencies:
Demonstrated ability to make decisions with accountability and integrity.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise a team towards achieving business goals under any circumstances.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision
