Job Description:
Netcare is looking for a motivated and reliable Client Service Assistant to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries and provide solutions to their problems in a timely manner. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 4. Identify new opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures. 5. Handle client escalations with professionalism and empathy. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service.
Requirements: 1. Demonstrated reliability and motivation to excel in a client service role. 2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think innovatively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
