Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Cell C is seeking a motivated and passionate Client Support Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and is a full-time role at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify and report on trends in client inquiries and issues - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training as needed - Contribute to the development of client support resources and materials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements: - Strong communication skills with a passion for helping others - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving - Experience in a client support or customer service role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
