We are looking for highly experienced and driven Floor Managers for Durban's trendiest restaurant  

The successful candidate should have at least 3 to 5-years’ experience of which 2 of those at Manager level in busy upmarket environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent product knowledge 
• Be proficient at stock takes and cash-ups
• Excellent knowledge of F&B
• Drive  service and guest relations 
• Be presentable, articulate and welcoming
• Guest focussed!
