Essential Skills Requirements:

• In-depth Process Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of financial accounting and treasury processes including Bank Statement Processing, Bank Account Management, In House Bank and Cash Management, Payment Optimization, and Payment XML Formats.
• Change Management: Proven ability to manage and drive change within an organization.
• Excellent Communication: Clear and articulate communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong Business Acumen: Ability to understand and navigate complex business environments.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working within an Agile framework is preferred.
• IT Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP and other IT systems is advantageous.
• German Speaking: Proficiency in German language is beneficial.

Advantageous Skills Requirements:

• Experience in Global SAP Template Rollouts: Prior experience in global SAP template rollouts is highly advantageous.
• Agile Methodology Experience: Experience working within an Agile framework is preferred.
• German Speaking: Proficiency in German language is beneficial.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or related field.
• Post-graduate degree or certification.
• Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous).

Role and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee market rollout activities for the Global Finance Back Bone (GFBB) product.
• Maintain an overview of Feature Team specific processes and structures.
• Ensure the implementation and testing of Feature Team solutions for designated markets.
• Conduct FIT/GAP workshops and introduce template processes to markets.
• Document findings and ensure completion of required data collection sheets.
• Plan and coordinate training activities for designated markets.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and coordination during stabilization phase.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address authorization topics and resolve defects.
• Support Feature Team specific cut-over activities and migration.
• Ensure compliance with Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter and any additional responsibilities assigned.
