The successful incumbent will interact with clients at all levels to understand the business requirements to conclude the blueprint, configuration, testing, migration/deployment, support and continuous enhancements of the SAP S/4 HANA solution in the applicable line of business (Warehouse Management, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Service and Enterprise Asset Management).The SAP S/4HANA professional will design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Qualifications / Certifications required: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or other Certification in SAP S/4HANA preferred, else the candidate should have sufficient experience in the S/4HANA domain. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public and/or Private Cloud advantageous Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile methodologies and Scrum ways of working preferred Experience required: Associate - at least 1 to 2 years of experience in SAP as a functional consultant is an advantage. Senior Associate - at least 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP as a functional consultant is an advantage. Manager - at least 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP as a functional consultant is an advantage. Senior Manager - at least 10 years of experience in SAP as a functional consultant is an advantage. Ability to demonstrate understanding of end to end business processes for the applicable line of business. Ability to lead work streams and mentor junior consultants Ability to lead engagements with clients and assist in fostering a clear SAP S/4HANA roadmap Proven record of at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and conduct training sessions. Responsibilities of role: Provide business and functional sexpertise in SAP business processes, including deployment and conversions from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.. Assess impact and gaps in current business processes and configuration vs. the equivalent in SAP S/4HANA, and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.
