• Managing and overseeing import/export documents and requirements seamlessly.

• Cultivating strong relationships with transporters and clients, ensuring exceptional service.
• Streamlining transport contracts using our templates for efficiency.
• Proactively tracking trucks to provide accurate ETA updates.
• Keeping clients informed about the real-time status of their cargo.
• Building solid relationships with loading and off-loading points, identifying key role players.
• Excelling in daily administrative tasks, including meticulous data entry and reconciliation.
• Collecting essential PODs for complete documentation.
• Strategically planning weekly truck movements and timely stock deliveries.
• Resolving client, transport, and supplier-related queries with professionalism.
• Being available to all relevant parties beyond office hours for urgent assistance.

Qualifications:
