With a transformative vision, Gibela endeavoured to catalyse the shift towards commuter rail as the preferred mode of transport for urban communities.We invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for Sourcing & Procurement ERP Key User position under ERP/GSI The position will report Procurement, Supply Chain and Quality Data Manager and is based DunnottarJob PurposeEnsure proper ERP system application and process development. Ensure data consistency and reliability for all Supply-Chain ERP master data. Train end users & provide support to ERP usage.Key ResponsibilitiesERP Data quality & material master validationEnsure the creation and maintenance of Material Master Data for the Supply chain fields and validate data in alignment with Supply chain flowsAnalyze all ERP data inconsistency messages coming from various departments: warehouse, manufacturing, logistics method, industrialization, sourcing and ensure compliance to Internal Financial rulesAnalyze ERP error messages specific to master data quality and implement corrective actionsERP technical support & continuous improvementReferent for end users in case ERP dysfunctionEnsure Hot-line link with IS&T for all ERP incidents and change requestsWrite Business specifications and make acceptance test (UAT).Participate in working groups with IT functions and Production Management to optimize the ERP using processesBe the local referent for any support need related to ERP usageContribute to training documentation issuing at central level and write local documents if necessaryTrain new entrants & users on their specific area of competencePhysical flows (warehouse management and line feeding flows)Procurement flows (purchase orders flow for direct & indirect).Ensure a smooth collaboration between GSI and ARIBA SCCEnsure proper usage of Fiori – Materia Planning Cockpit (MPC)Ensure business roles with needed authorizations (GRC SoD)Contribute to cutover plan elaboration and execute planCommunicate on change management to local management and end-usersEnsure the appropriate support to end-users post Go LiveMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in (Logistics/Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering/IT)Experience of 3-5 years in an industrial environmentMinimum 3 Years SAP Sourcing & Procurement workingMinimum 2 Years SAP ARIBA SCC workingMinimum 2 Years FIORI Material Planning Cockpit workingERP: SAP (Sourcing & Procurement)Good knowledge of Sourcing, Industrial, Finance and Supply chain processesActive team player, deadline driven, process driven.experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Aviation & Rail IndustryExcellent and concise communication.Special RequirementsThe job involves frequent mobility, with work in business unitsTo carry out technical support and maintenance as & when requiredClosing Date11 June 2024Should you not hear from us in 30 days, consider your application as unsuccessful.Job Segment: Logistics, Procurement, ERP, Supply Chain, Supply, Operations, Technology
