Job Description - Training Coordinator

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Development.
  • Certificate in Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Qualification.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SETA and OFO Codes
  • Previously worked with AgriSETA and or FoodBev will be added advantage.
  • At least 5 years’ experience working as a Training Coordinator or SDF
  • Good Knowledge and Understanding of Skills Development Acts (SDA, SLA, B-BBEE, EEA)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize training programmes and projects.
  • Computer literate (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAGE 300 Training Module.
  • Must have own transport.
