Global Mobility/Immigration Advisory Consultant
VeriPass is a specialist global mobility and immigration advisory firm helping professionals, founders, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving individuals explore and navigate talent-based immigration pathways to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Our clients are often making significant decisions about their careers, businesses, families, and future. We are therefore looking for an experienced Global Mobility & Immigration Advisory Consultant who combines strong knowledge of immigration pathways with excellent consultative communication and sales skills.
This is not a traditional sales closer role.
We are looking for someone who understands the immigration industry and can have meaningful, informed conversations with prospective clients about their circumstances, aspirations, and potential immigration options. The successful candidate should be able to understand a prospect's professional background, current immigration status, career achievements, family circumstances, and desired destination, then help them understand which pathways may be relevant to explore.
The role requires someone who can advise without overstepping into legal advice, educate prospects, build trust, identify suitable opportunities, and ultimately convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
About the Role
The Global Mobility & Immigration Advisory Consultant will serve as one of the first knowledgeable points of contact for prospective clients exploring international immigration pathways.
You will engage qualified leads, understand their individual circumstances and goals, ask the right questions, provide informed guidance on potential immigration routes, explain the company's services, and help suitable prospects take the next step toward engaging the firm's professional services.
You must be able to balance immigration knowledge, ethical advisory practice, and commercial performance.
The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently discuss pathways such as the O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, UK Global Talent, and Australia National Innovation Visa (NIV) and understand the general characteristics and suitability considerations of each route.
The Consultant is not responsible for providing legal advice, making final eligibility determinations, or developing legal case strategies. Final eligibility assessments, legal advice, and case strategies remain the responsibility of the Company's qualified legal or immigration professionals.
