Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

MTN Group is seeking a dedicated and energetic Operations Associate to join our remote team based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As an Associate Level Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the implementation of operational policies and procedures 2. Support the management team with administrative tasks and data entry 3. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement 4. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and increase efficiency 5. Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards 6. Provide support for special projects as needed 7. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a similar role 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits 3. Strong innovation and attention to detail skills 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
