Operations Associate - Remote Work

Sasol, a leading multinational chemical company, is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and ensure efficiency in processes. 2. Assist in project management tasks, including coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and managing deliverables. 3. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within the operations department. 4. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of goals and objectives. 5. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. - No prior experience necessary, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. - Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. - Strong project management skills a plus.
