Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

MTN South Africa is seeking a part-time Online Operations Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. The Online Operations Associate will be responsible for managing and optimizing various online operations processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and maintain online platforms for optimal performance. 2. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. 3. Implement strategies to enhance the user experience and drive online sales. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online operations. 5. Provide support to customers and address any online-related issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing campaigns. 8. Manage online inventory and ensure accurate product listings. 9. Handle online customer reviews and feedback in a timely manner. 10. Support the Online Operations Manager with any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident individual with excellent problem-solving skills. 2. Strong people management skills and high emotional intelligence. 3. 2+ years of experience in online operations or a related field. 4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field preferred. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other online tools. 6. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
