Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Sanlam is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Operations Associate. This part-time position is based in Pretoria, Gauteng and is ideal for someone who is dedicated and passionate about making a positive impact in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the company's online platform - Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth functioning of online services - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics - Implement strategies to improve user experience on the website - Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns - Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in online operations or a similar role - Strong emotional intelligence and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
