Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Netcare is seeking a confident and independent Online Operations Associate to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage online operations including website content management, social media platforms, and online customer support - Monitor and analyze online traffic and engagement metrics to optimize performance - Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across online channels - Assist in developing and implementing online marketing strategies - Support the online sales team with order processing and fulfillment - Provide administrative support as needed for the online operations team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations

Requirements: - Confident and independent individual with strong time management skills - Proficient in project management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Basic knowledge of online operations and digital marketing - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
