Operations Associate

Job Description:

MTN Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company and ensuring smooth functioning of various processes. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in coordinating and executing operational tasks and projects. 2. Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas of improvement. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient solutions. 4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. 5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations. 6. Assist in training new team members on operational procedures. 7. Provide support in resolving operational issues and challenges as they arise. 8. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in operations management or a similar role. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. 7. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 8. Persuasion and time management soft skills.
