Job Description:

Discovery Limited is seeking a dedicated and energetic Operations Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Entry Level Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and executing operational tasks and projects - Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Monitor and track key performance indicators to improve efficiency - Communicate effectively with team members and external partners - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a related field - Energetic and dedicated personality - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
