Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Operations Associate to join our team at Bidvest Group in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth workflow - Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs - Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives - Handle logistics and supply chain management tasks as needed - Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Strong negotiation and planning skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Experience with project management software is a plus
