Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Mondi Group is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage remote operations for various projects within the company - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders - Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency - Develop and implement processes to streamline operations - Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals - Provide support and guidance to junior team members - Report on key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Strong negotiation skills to facilitate effective communication - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
