Operations Associate

At MTN Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Operations Associate in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes but is not limited to coordinating schedules, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers, and providing general support to the operations team. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting research, analyzing data, and making strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate for this role will be confident, energetic, creative, and skilled in strategic planning. They should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Additionally, a strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically and problem-solve are essential for success in this role.
