Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description: We are seeking a remote part-time Operations Associate to join our team at FirstRand. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our business operations. This position is based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA, and is at the Associate Level with a minimum requirement of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist in performing day-to-day operational tasks to support the company's goals and objectives. - Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities. - Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field. - Hardworking and resilient personality traits to handle the demands of the role. - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. - Emotional intelligence to navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalism. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
