Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Discovery Limited is seeking a part-time Operations Associate to work from home in Pretoria, Gauteng. The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the operations team in various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the business operations. This is an Associate Level position requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and managing daily operational activities - Monitor and report on operational performance - Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making - Implement process improvements to increase efficiency - Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment on operational goals - Support the development and implementation of operational strategies - Perform administrative tasks as needed - Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 3+ years of experience in operations or a similar role - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong presentation and people management skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
