Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Truworths International is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Cape Town, Western Cape. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage and execute daily operational tasks efficiently and accurately - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational goals are met - Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and procedures - Assist with inventory management, including tracking and replenishing stock as needed - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address any operational issues or queries - Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Requirements: - Passionate and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment - Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or degree is a plus
