Accounts Payable - Remote Work

The Multichoice Group is seeking a driven and resourceful Accounts Payable Associate to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work arrangement. This position will be based in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.

Responsibilities: - Process accounts payable invoices and payments accurately and efficiently - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records - Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - People management and adaptability skills
